Dolls

I wasn't particularly interested in dolls as a child, so it wasn't for nostalgic reasons that I started collecting them. I initially bought some bisque dolls in a flea market in Berlin but never thought of collecting them until after visiting Pollock’s Toy Museum. There's something quite wonderful about a room full of battered and worn vintage dolls. People do tend to find them quite creepy but I don't particularly - not even when their little eyes follow me around the room. I name them after my friends.
